WINTER SCHOOL - THE SCREEN PROJECT
These Winter School Holidays, The National Drama School invites young creatives to explore their passion for acting in a five-day screen acting intensive.
Through hands-on training, on-camera exercises and scene work, students will build confidence, develop a natural on-screen presence, and experience the excitement of performing for camera.
Suitable for children aged 8–18, the Winter School Holiday Program is held at The National Drama School studios in St Kilda.
Taught by incredible industry teachers, this screen acting-focused curriculum includes:

- Audition & Self-Tape Skills

YOUNG ACTORS PROGRAM - SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
The National Drama School’s holiday programs for primary and secondary school students offer budding young actors the opportunity to join an ensemble and work with our professional teachers to devise and perform works for stage and screen. In a safe and supportive environment, learn performance skills that harness your understanding of voice, physicality and focus to convey ideas and stories. Find out how to respond to stimulus, create scripts, and extend ideas further. All holiday programs culminate in a public performance for family and friends. Our age-based groups and strictly limited capacities ensure that each young actor receives the appropriate training and attentions – and can make friends!
