Daniel Chisholm is a young actor, currently studying in his second year. Before moving to Melbourne, Daniel gained experience on the stage performing in various shows with local and youth theatre companies in Bendigo, with various roles including Gavroche in Les Miserables (Nexus, 2019), Gingy in Shrek (Nexus, 2022) and the Major General in The Pirates of Penzance (Nexus, 2019). As well as various school plays. Whilst studying at the National drama, Daniel performed roles including Malcolm in Macbeth and John Proctor in The Crucible, both directed by Shaun Goss, and most recently one of the Guards in Antigone, directed by Dr Jaime Dörner. Looking forward into his future, Daniel is keen to move forward with screen, which he got a Taste of this year with his showreel directed by Danielle Carter. Daniel also is interested in writing and directing, creating art in the dialogue as well as what the audience can see with the environment around the actor both on stage and screen.
